Hi. My hubby is in the Army right now. We are finishing out his contract then he will be getting out and joining the Marines. He will be making a career out of it. Anyone have any experience in this?? He is enlisted and has been in for 3 yrs. We know he will have to go to BCT again but he doesnt mind. Will he go down in rank? Do the Marines have sign on bonuses? Will he get to choose his MOS? Will he get to choose his duty station? I also heard that Marines do 6 months out 6 months in...is this true? Sorry, I am rambling, thanks in advance!!
