Any idea what this is? Ww2 navy maybe??

While I cant identify the badge fully yet the crossed hammers were the Blacksmiths logo.

Will look into it more when I get home from work.

Ok I think I have it figured, it is a US Naval Eagle and Anchor Medal made by N.S Meyer INC and based on the rear picture probably made between 1943 to the early 1950s.

WWII : pinback, “N.S. MEYER, INC. NEW YORK” + shield (raised)
Late 40’s : Shield only (raised)
Late 40’s to early 50’s : “N.S. MEYER, INC. NEW YORK” + shield (raised and ½ size)
Early 50’s : “N.S. MEYER, INC. N.Y.C” or “N.S. MEYER, INC. N.Y.©” + shield (raised)

To narrow it down further you would need to look at the raised shield see if there is anything on it as it is the shield info that would confirm a date.
