| Primus Pilus | It does continue to bother me that I don't see more positive images such as the ones here in the national (US) media. Much of the international media has proven itself incapable of impartiality where the US is concerned, but I wish I could expect better from our own sources. We see every bleeding body that hits the ground in Iraq on the six o-clock news, but the scenes those of us more internet savvy folk see of happy, free Iraqis are very limited in their circulation. </rant> |

| Guest | Yeah, well that is part of the price we pay in the good old USA. On last night's news, the local NBC affiliate dedicated more coverage to church attendees double parking than it did the war. with Walter Reed and Bethesda here, you would think they could find something of more value to communicate to the viewing public. |
