| | another forum on what i need to do to be a Ranger please reply infoi need info on the Rangers.im 13 and im goin to be a Ranger when i get outta college. all i want to know is what kinda pt yall do and the hardest thing u guys do and how i can prepair for it because i know u guys in training use your own body weight to train so what could i do to get in shape? please reply thanx!  |
