I wouldn't take what these people say too seriously.
But what is disturbing is how people can say this even though their lives don't reflect things they say. I think you have to earn every word you say. Which is what makes what goes on in my life so damn difficult all the time.

Theres been many nutcases in History killing off ethnics groups left right and centre. Hitler is classed as more evil because he was the first really to make the world sit back and take notice.

A jew is not worth more than another, as we all know Hitler targeted alot of people.

As for Auchswitz the place is beyond words, and before the mass killings started the Allies were going to bomb it, but choose not to at the risk of hitting the jews themselves.

So who shall we blame now? Hitler for creating it or the Allies for not destorying it before it started.

I am sure 100,000 lives lost by Allies bombing is better than 6 million via different methods of disposal.

There are many records kept, one thing about the Nazi's they loved paperwork.

My grandmother who was lucky and liberated from Auchswitz, had spoken at great lengthens about it to us, she made a point of telling us, getting us to remember this.

Even tho they had her body imprisoned, and taken everything they could from her, she kept two things, her Pride and her own mind. And to close your eyes and remember things is the biggest freedom even the devil himself can not touch.

Sad but true, I recall reading an book on hypothermia and much of the data in this field came from German experiments on concentration camp inmates during WW2. The intriguing thing is that with all the "Nazi=Bad" rhetoric that floats around the "doctors" that carried out these tests managed to get lucrative positions with the Allies after the war and later retired at the head of their respective fields.

Nice post thank you Kiwi. May I make a few points?

1. That has never been questioned. But the point I always wish to make is that a Jew is not worth than LESS than any other. This is the problem to this day.

2. No question , Hitler. The motivations were as opposite as chalk and cheese.

3. Thanks. But it hasn’t really been my loss, personally. After all, I had never known them myself. But my lovely Grandma was the only one left, because she had lived in England from 2 years old. It was her loss and she never mentioned it, ever, as far as I know. As a Christian and as a man, I speak up for Jews whenever I have the opportunity, because I have studied the matter from AD.1 in detail , and especially because I cannot stand the disrespect of 6,000,000 innocent victims, the wish to brush it to one side. Mostly people do not mean to do so, and even Jews can be embarrassed about it. If German Jews had carried arms as Americans do, it could never have happened, and that is why the American Constitution is such a powerful tool.
