| Tribunus Laticlavius | Wow.... nice piece of showmanship. But for a trial which could result in a death penalty it is quite wrong. Doesn't he get acquitted because the whole trail isn't private anymore? Who could give an objective conclusion to this trial...... I hope the jury can!

| Milforum Moderator ![]() | No the "privacy" of a trial has nothing to do with this. The fact is that the TSA lawyer is being accused of coaching witnesses and that's a no-no as that would introduce the possibility that their testimony would be slanted as a result.
