Now the likelyhood of this can be debated, but let's just play this one out as a hypothetical.

It's no secret that Iran is not on Santa Bush's "nice" list this christmas. They're trying to get nukes, they've kidnapped our citizens, and their aiding terrorists in Iraq. So let's just say that for whatever reason America decides to invade. Simple enough, after taking down two middle eastern countries within 12 months of eachother one more [insert name here]-istan type country can't be that hard.

But there's a twist in this story. China imports 15% of its nation's oil and even more of its natural gas. You thought Katrina was bad? Try having one of your most relied upon suppliers blown to bits!

So my question is, what do you think about this? What would the Chinese do to prevent a US invasion? What would they do in the wake of such a war? Might they even intervene millitarily if American forces start crossing the boarder?

Short of starting a war over Tawiwan what could they really do. I mean they need us just as much economically as we need them if not more.
