i have only posted about 5 posts to day but as soon as i got on it started to display this message...

Again, the 24 hours does NOT start at midnight, it is timed since your first post, like this:

You post at 1457 for the first time.
You earn 100 milbucks in one hour because you're posting like crazy.
It is now 1700, and you decide to start posting again, but don't earn anything.
You will NOT earn anymore milbucks until 1458 the following day.
