| Milforum Moderator ![]() | Q2- TIME OF FLIGHT The amount of time, generally given in seconds.that it takes an artillery projectile or Naval rifle projectile to impact the target area after being fired from the weapon. The time is computed by the Fire Direction Control (Arty FDC) or Combat Control Center (CCC Naval Vessel ) and relayed to the spotter as thus. "Time of Flight 2-5." I however prefer to also request "Splash" |
