If you fight the same enemy for too long they adapt to your tactics and learn to exploit your weaknesses.
The US has many weaknesses to exploit.
It's a damn shame but it's the truth.

It's always a two way street. They learn our weaknesses and we learn theirs. I just hope we're better at plugging the holes in our defenses than they are at exploiting them. The bottom line is that whether we're fighting them or not, they're always looking to attack us and the best defense is always a good offense.
