So what youre trying to say is that... China has a more dominant role in controlling North Korea than USA?

I think he's trying to say NK doesn't have nukes.
Usually NK makes such statements whenever it wants attention. That's what it is. Threats, attention, and they get what they need. Food, medicine. Then claim it's from domestic production and have their people form straight lines and demostrate that they don't need foreign help.
I don't think they have nukes.
I don't think they really have 120,000 top class Special Operations troops either. That number also grows all the time while their means to train and maintain them shrinks.

They realy don't have the money for a large scale Nuclear Program. so if they do have one it is by the Grace of China.

If North Korea doesn't have nukes or a nuclear weapons program, the solution for all their trouble is ridiculously simple. Invite unrestricted access to UN weapons inspectors. Once they have confirmed that NK's nuclear weapons program doesn't exist, everything calms down. North Korea has done exactly the opposite, flat out saying they would no longer allow monitoring of their nuclear facilities and saying point-blank that they were working on nuclear weapons.

North Korea, if they weren't so unbelievably determined to accomplish everything via Communism and bloody conquest, could reunite with South Korea very very soon. They could do it peacefully. They choose not to. That's stupid.

Yes but you have to admit, what Nk has done is pure amazing. They have lied so well they now have everyone believeing it. They are putting on a great front saying they do have these weapons. Thus making the world think they are stronger than they are. They are putting on a great front. Even done to blocking the Un Inspectors, and Blowing things up on thier Borders.

I have served on the DMZ in Korea and I wouldn't put it past the North Koreans to be lying about the nukes. However, If you look back to our own history, we had nukes way before we had missiles. N Korea already has missiles. They fired them right over japan! Just something to think about.

North Korea wants the world to believe it has nukes so having inspectors come wouldn't really achieve their goal.

Rocket tech might be more difficult, at least Strategic long range missile vs simple nuke, but the nuke's ingredients are much harder to find.

Yeah but look, they can't afford to feed thier people without EU and UN help, much less fund a Nuclear Project.

They might not have the money to fund their people but that's just an indication of how their priorities are mixed up. They have mentioned that getting nukes to deter any US & Japanese aggression would make it possible to cut down the size of their army to such limits that they could actually feed their people.

IMHO they could very well have a nuke but I doubt that they'd have enough oil & other resources to keep their fighting machine going in a possible war.
