Post; about lightweigh requirments from naval or air force

As we know, there is a lightweight requirment from army vehicle, for example, M1A1 will lose weight from 70t to 20t in future combat system. But who can tell me if there are also lightweight requirments from naval or air force? If yes, where I can find the details.
It would be highly appreciated, if you suggest a data list or a picture about this, or just tell me the related website, or information source.
Thanks a lot!

Are you trying to say that as the future progresses, vehicles weight will decrease. If so that is not entirely true. The M1A1HC will be around for a good many more years, especially with it's TUSK upgrade.
