Well I guess we have to always look at upgrading military spending but the money has to come from somewhere else in the Canadian budget.

Both attacks were "justified" by al Qaeda because the two countries were in Afghanistan and Iraq. Every country present in Iraq is on al Qaeda target list. But if you consider that Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, India, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey were among the countries hit by al Qaeda terrorist attacks, you can easily come to the conclusion that al Qaeda will deliver attacks against all countries, and that fighting terror (also in Iraq) is the best strategy to end it. Canada included. The more countries involved, the quicker.
