| I just got this from FoxNews. The attack is as yet unconfirmed, but supposedly it was an AH-64 that fired rockets in the area, destroying a wall, but not damaging the mosque itself. They gave 40 as the death toll as well, but I'm waiting to find out if those 40 were the bad guys or not. To be honest, the way these guys use mosques and crowds of civilians as sanctuaries is extremely frustrating to me (although our ROE are, when looked at with a cool head, reasonable for the most part). I'm not saying "kill 'em all and let God sort them out," but I believe that these tactics are nearly the sole reason for any collateral damage that has occurred during the past year (as well as similar practices in Afghanistan).
