This is an insane tragedy and I really don't know what to post here right now, but the whole situation can be followed in this thread:
At least one blast, maybe two in Oslo, Norway

As you may know Norway is a quite small country with under 5 mill people, so 91 killed is an insane number and this affects the entire nation since all of us will know someone who's directly or indirectly affected by this great tragedy....

Those are just a few of the labels we could put on him, but I suppose it's a good start.
Some claim that he was insane, while I agree with his actions being the work of a madman, he was by far to calculating in his preparations to be let off the hook with the insane-label.

Today we are all Norwegians! Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt. 22. July 2011

I would call it a sick mind. Why else would you deliberately kill innocent people?

Those numbers were the initial count in the imediate aftermath, later when we established a better overwiev of the situation the numbers were adjusted.
There was a total of 77 dead, 8 of them killed by the blast in the government quarters, 69 on the youth camp, and the majority was youth/children.

Then there was about 96 people severly wounded and hospitalized, plus an unknown number of light wounds stitched and dressed on first-aid stations and local medical centers.

A terrible blow at the heart of a small country of less than 5 million citizens.

There's an open question wether or not we shall take the risk of letting him serve his penalty among other prisoners, tensions is running high even among hardened criminals when childrens life has been taken.

Yeah you would hope mental illness was a cause. If he is sane then throw him to the wolves! Radical religious people on any side usually suck ya know? I wish your country a steadfast recovery from these actions.

Let him serve in the general population, I'd call that just desserts.
