Post; MilBucks and using them to purchase things

i dont know if this issue/ question has been addressed, (I have looked, but I didnt see anything) but I am wondering if I can purchase things with my MilBucks. I want to purchase a set of tags for my 'friend' (actually the love of my life, but I wont get into that) and I dont know how to go about doing so with my MilBucks.
I also just set up my bank, now what do I have to do to put my MilBucks in there?
Can anyone help me?
