Of Nuking the US?
Nowhere near.
A) Didn't have Bomb
B) Didn't have resources to produce said Bomb
C) Had only a very risky and argueably prototype method of getting it across to the US in the first place.

Of "Nuking" say Britain/Russia
Once again, very unlikely due to A and B.

First of all you would have to design/build a prototype and this would have to be tested. They would then need to build another bomb, all this would have taken months and by 1944-5 it was just impossible.
Even if they had, they would still have lost the war...
