| Chief Engineer  |  Post; 805 Squadron, Royal Australian Navy motto805 Squadron, Royal Australian Navy Our crest and motto allude to the areas overflown during operations in the Second World War. The blue and white waves represent navy, sea and heraldic principles. The orange depicts the sands of the Libyan Desert, whilst the palm trees represent the native trees to the region.
