| Fortunately for a lot of places in the World, I just heard on the news that the United States contributed 40% of all disaster aid for the World last year. I know we're richer but other Governments around the world need to tune in to the needs of others. Bill Clinton? I'll bet his true reaction was, boy I sure am glad I'm not there. My thoughts only. By the way, the ex-Chancellor of Germany was pulled out of the area to save his butt four hours before the tsunami hit. He was a tourist, not on a diplomatic trip.
