| Never meant as mean rotc boy. Usually the one singled out is someone who can take a laugh at their expense and the few that don't need to learn how anyway. It makes getting through life alot easier if you can see humor in yourself as well as others. It's just harmless fun and the worst that happens to you is you get some good exercise.
