As a matter of unit pride I have to disagree about the best symbol part; nothing looks as good as this http://army.ca/inf/rmrang.jpg
And as for motivation; Canadian Infantry "CLOSE WITH AND DESTROY!" hows that for motivation:P

(this is all just a matter of pride, I couldn't go around letting a US Marine say his corps better then my Regiment now could I?:P)
