YES!! I have never smoked, I used the snuff (snus in Swedish) similar as the Skoal and the Copenhagen in the US. Until you quit, you do not realize what poison the nicotine is, or it might be my mind playing games with me. The nicotine will leave after three days or so, but the habit, the missing of something. I will be ok (I hope)
