The point we are making is more that men would have to live in close proximity to these creeps. The UCMJ is designed more to protect the US Military Forces, not the rights of those men who are expected to serve in those forces.

What makes you think that they will not prey on others? There were a number of cases in Australia within the last ten years where that is exactly what happened. They were all eventually given snarlers. (SNLR = Services no longer required). It is the nature of the beast. Men do prey on women, and homos do prey on others of their own sex.
