Prior to the Civil War there was the Kansas-Nebraska Act setting up Nebraska as a Free State & Kansas as a Slave State. A few years later the War started & both were Union States. How did that happen? An abolishonist group in New York studied the demographics & moved thier people into preselected locations in the State. When the next election happened they took control of the Kansas govt, abolished slavery & moved to Capitol to a different location. All by manipulating the system.
Ther's also comments by Hispanic groups about returning the Lost Territory in the South-West to Mexico or going Independant.
And there are talks around here talking about bombing China. The point is, there's talks everywhere, folks just pick and choose which ones they want to believe.
