I think the Muslims that are leaving North Africa and the Middle East are the ones trying to get away from such attitudes and beliefs, Western Cultures have a way of integrating new beliefs into the mainstream while purging the less desirable, usually more radical elements, from their minority groups while still allowing them to maintain religious autonomy.
