Topic: What do you guys think about this T-55 upgrade?

No no the website is Czech. The tank belongs to Slovenian army.

Political decision, we were offered barely used Leopards 2A4 at a bargain price-the same that Austria and Finland have now and the politicians favored this more on grounds that's it's good for the country to upgrade them because of work places, technology transfer and sucking up to Israel (but they sold us weapons when nobody would (arms embargo),that's true-this is sort of payback) etc...
Which is sort of true...the same company that upgraded them gets jobs from Soltam now...if I remember correctly they did 130 furnishings of 122mm howitzers for the Indian army (barrels only).
