I still can't figure out what the heck they were thinking when they made that stereotypical Rising Sun faction. Their style is horrendous compared to the Soviets and Allies... one of their units is a psychic in a schoolgirl uniform. And they look like they'll suck terribly in the hands of an average player and be totally overpowered when used by a skilled micromanager.
