| Then you should working on that problem rather than telling people to run out and start shooting each other.
My personal belief is that these issues are not "police" issues as I am certain the police do see their role as security and protection the problem is at whatever tier of the hierarchy it is that is being influenced into not letting the police carry out this role and I am prepared to bet that those people are elected.
