| I was fortunate I guess, I had a couple goof ball Dispatchers, but most with the Feds were good and proficient. Their were a few ego problems too where they thought they knew more than the coppers. Can be frustrating. When I knew one of them was working, and I knew that their were at least two radio frequencies working at all times and if one was being utilized one of the others would automatically kick in, so I would accidentally on purpose key the mike for a little while (about 30 seconds), because they stopped what they were doing when the mike was keyed to listen. Was very funny and satisfying.
Nationwide, Dispatchers ought to be required to go to the schools the Feds do, they are pretty well trained usually and are more professional and of course, more supportive of who their telling what to do.
