| Very sticky, I don't know what implications are involved with meeting on Federal land, and also the position of the Major whether he was attending in an official capacity or not.
If the Major is "pulling rank" to get his own way in violation of the enlisted man's Constitutional Rights there could well be a lot of unwelcome attention bought down upon the Army.
I'd really want to know a lot more about the actual circumstances before I got too involved. |
