Maybe I missed something here but surely the Major is entitled to his opinion as well?
As I understand it (and I could be wrong) all thats happened is that a "pro-religion" officer has shown up at a non-religious meeting and "possibly" stated his opinion.
Now I am not sure why he would do this and I can accept it was probably annoying but until the officer acts on his statement its still just his opinion.
