| This is B.S. Obviously the man did NOT intend to take the child and was quite shaken up when he found the boy. There should be no law involvement at all and he certainly shouldn't be charged.
If anything the parents should be the ones being investigated, after all, all we hear about now days is "don't leave you kids in the car." |
