It's a bit out of date, but is still interesting. Turkish soldiers captured by the PKK, is on trial after their release, for not duing for their country.
So, do you think this is undemocrathic?
Personally, i don't think it's fair puthing them on trial, just let them be discraced, but that's me and my militaristic beliefs.
