You were saying Chinese brought in technologies to build Taiwan during the early days. Then you immediately said Chinese didn't do nothing excpt dying at the road side. So which information is correct?

How about the Ming's general who drove Dutch out of Taiwan? If Chinese didn't do that, then who did? So, if TW people did love independent so much, why didn't they fought against the evil Chinese settlers? I am sure there were lot more natives than the evil Chinese at that time.

So, when General Jiang Jie Shi retreated to Taiwan, he never really helped to build Taiwan neither? I am not saying he never did horrible things to TW people, but TW's today should be credited this man as well? No? Of course, the people of TW did a good job as well.

So, in your opinion, Chinese never did anything for Taiwanese?
