| Post; Back from Helmand.
A couple of quotes here from some of our local units returning from 6 month tours in Helmand province.
" When I looked, my guts were hanging out. So I shoved them back in and carried on fighting".
(Today )- " This was my 4th tour, and this one was the best - we got to fight the Taliban every day".
