and click on any link like `Link to recruit/build soldier/APC/tank/fighter/bomber`. One click - one soldier, certain number of clicks for certain vehicle for army of Your chosen country. Not sure about how upgrades is working since no remaining clicks are shown there.

On very bottom there is one other option - You can choose any country to attack in this `virtual war`. I guess depending of how many people have chosen different countries, statistics seen right below flag of Your chosen country, for example, as it is now for US (for unknown reasons I do not see an US flag there):

So, I think it shows distribution of forces in various directions... And most likely proportion of forces play role in calculation of casualties of `battles`... battles, imho, are going off-screen, and only status of army and attack-defense directions can be seen...
