I could not agree with you more! Hitler was "on camera" suprised at the speed of his victory in France ECT. He simply did not plan for an attack on the UK!
(So soon) Russia was and many others believe, was his main target. During the "Phoney war" both sides waited for attack, I think if Hitler had "gone in" to the USSR, the UK and France would not have moved against him. After all no-one then liked Stalin and the would have "negotiated a treaty" before too much blood was shed. In the end though, what matter, we destroyed the beast and all his evil in the world then!
