Are these little boats quite or run down junk North Korea's passing on? A lot of North Korea's made weapons and equipment must be getting old or run down from lack of spares. Does NK produce these subs themselves or are they Chinese or Russian former export to begin with? Are they people carries or/and weapon platforms? |
