Someone needs to get a handle on this,.... and quickly!!

Bikes are great, but there is only a limited place for them in our modern cities.

Regardless of what the Police say, there are ways of controlling this mob of anarchists and it should be done sooner rather than later, or someone is going to get hurt or killed.
