The night watchman is walking through the building. Suddenly he hears "No Frank! Don't Shoot!" followed by a gunshot. The watchman rushes into a room. The gun is laying on the floor next to a dead man. There are 3 people in the room. A lawyer, a plumber, and a doctor. The watchman walks up to the plumber and says "You're under arrest for murder."
How did he know it was the plumber?
