Not all Truisms are necessarily true.

e.g. Since when did the making of one's own matchsticks ever have anything to do with a nations position as a "Super Power", or the provision of adequate health care, or many other things.

The term Super Power is a relative term. To a place like Vanuatu, even Australia (May god bless it's little cotton socks) is a Super power.

Always remember, the three types of untruth.

There are Lies,
and there are Damned Lies.
And worst of all, there are people who quote statistics. (Some persons would be so uncharitable as to call them Trolls)
