| He exemplifies the spirit of the warrior in not just his battlefield actions but also his selfless commitment to his fellow soldiers and he didn't whinge or piss and moan or complain about being mistreated nor complained about not getting medals. He did the job. And that was enough for him. I guarantee the respect his fellow soldiers showed him was worth more. But it is nice that in the end the Army did the right thing.
