| China ,NK's only friend,and Russia,all dont want to take any serious action agiast NK.They are mellow when it comes to this,I belive China doesnt want to beacause they sold weapons to NK.Russia doesnt want to beacause their military is still in shambles from the economic crash of the 90s. |
