You have to know how to play their game. If you're willing to be a cook and think you'll like that better than the other two MOSes, go ahead, but if not, just tell them "Okay then, I'll wait, let me know when the other MOSes I'm interested in open up." Sometimes, all of a sudden, those jobs that weren't open before? Suddenly become open.
