Ukraine, as well as Belarus and Kazakhstan have returned all the nukes to Russia that have been stored on their territories and they have done it under international monitoring.

On the other hand, Ukraine has always tried to get as far as possible from the Russians and as close as possible to NATO and EU.
How this alleged deal could have helped them?
And, finally, why did not Iran proudly announced to the World that she has 250 nukes and is one of the most powerfull nuclear countries in the world?
