Actually, he does have some good points, Lockheed did bribe a lot of European leaders in the 60's and 70's, almost brought the company down.

I think you are right, the only reason I can see for the aircraft having such small wings is for stability during high speeds (greater than Mach 1). I am going to go out on a limb and guess that most of the German accidents happened while trying to maneuver at lower speeds (less than Mach 1) and the aircraft went into an uncontrolled spin. As someone said before, this aircraft was built during the reign of the Bomber Generals who arguably knew less than I did about how to make a decent fighter/interceptor.
BTW, do you see the humor in using an Iranian website to find information about corruption in the Israeli government? They're going to say it if it is true or not.
