If the rulers of the world were capable of more than a one eyed argument and could come to consensus we would have no wars. We would have utopia, but alas that is but a dream... so we deal with what we have been given- A less than perfect world where one must chose not between good and evil but the lesser of two evils for to do nothing is the worst possible choice.
