Running in the PRONE info

When i was in desert storm with a INF co and we had a platoon of m1 tanks attached.. Any ways

We where on the berm lookin into iraq and the tanks where on line at night watchin the berm and lookin over the line..any ways there came a report over the radio

C66 this is C 31 sit rep
c66 go ahead..c66 this is c 31 we have appx 3 to 4 men running in the prone appx 1500 meters down range over..

This is where the co went BALLISTIC ...c 31 REPETE LAST over..

the report was issued again and the co went absolutely BONKERS..

C 31 this c66 actual, report to my location and give me a demonstration of this over..

the tank lt reported to the co and it was determined that it is impossiable to run in the prone.. and that there where dogs running in no mans land..
