Don't you love how the system works. A soldier only has precious moments to decide to shoot or not. History proves that those who hesitate are more likely to "buy it." So one day a soldier shoots someone who is innocent even though he/she is in an environment where soldiers ae being killed almost everyday. The incident is reported and the soldier gets canned or at least has a career limiting punishment. Why do some people think that all mistakes in war are punishable? As the old term saying goes, " happens"
