Now listen to me. Get off your arse and stop wallowing in self pity. You're better than that. Get down to a local gymn and a pool. Start with easy exercises, like 5km walk on tred-mill at slow pace. Do one or two laps of the pool - nice and slow. Each week build up. Then start on push-ups, running etc. Whatever physical stuff you do, do it easy and build up. Walk, then run, around a few blocks or to the gymn/pool if you can. Get rid of that fat and that negative attitude. No junk food either. Hear that! You CAN do it. If you can find someone to train with that would be better, but isn't essential. Best thing is to have a routine and stick to it. YOU can do it.
